Product Description About Us

Our story begins in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta in 1945. Bisetti combines local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards required by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where they continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill Mechanism

Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. The double row of rotor arranged teeth holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpening and wear resistance.

Salt Mill Mechanism

Bisetti's salt mill mechanism is made of high-resistance ceramics. All the metal components are made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

The Roma collection features salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish. It has a traditional style and comes in various sizes.

Firenze

The Milano collection is a traditional line with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes.

The Verona collection features a more contemporary look with a linear mill-shaped body. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes.

The Perugia collection is a beautiful collection with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic, with some models offering a stainless steel base. It comes in various sizes.

The Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, features a mill body made of beech wood. The mill measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, offers a mill body made of beech wood with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood and comes in multicolor, red, or black. The mill is available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.

Each product is entirely manufactured at Bisetti's facility to guarantee the highest quality control. The production has not been and will not be outsourced to the Far East in order to maintain the standards that distinguish their "Made in Italy" products.
