About Us:

Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta. Bisetti combines local artisan tradition with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of today's market. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy where they continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Pepper Mill: The mechanism of Bisetti’s pepper mill is made of hardened steel. The double row of rotor arranged teeth holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance.

Salt Mill: The mechanism of Bisetti’s salt mill is made of high resistance ceramics. The metal components are made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection:

Roma: The Roma collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish. They have a traditional style and come in a variety of sizes.

Firenze: The Firenze collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a contemporary look. Available colors include black, red, and white in different sizes.

Imperia: The Imperia collection of salt and pepper mills is made of solid olive wood known for its beautiful wavy texture. This collection adds beauty to any table.

Acrylic Milano: The Milano collection has a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes.

Verona: The Verona collection has a more contemporary look with a linear mill shape body. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in different sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection is a beautiful collection with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is clear acrylic with an optional stainless steel base in some models. Available in a variety of sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday: The Christmas tree collection is designed by Whynot Design. The mill body is made of beech wood and measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: The mushroom collection is designed by Itamar Harari. The mill body is made of beech wood with an optional red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: The vase collection is designed by Adam + Harboth. Made of beech wood, the mill comes in multi-color, red, or black. The mills are available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.

Made in Italy: Each product is entirely produced in Bisetti’s facility in order to guarantee the highest quality control. The production has not been and will not be moved to the Far East to maintain the standards that distinguish their "Made in Italy" products.
