Bisetti Black Pepper Mill with Adjustable Carbon Grinder

Our story began in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines skillful local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards demanded by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where it continues to produce high-quality wooden table and kitchen items.

The mechanism of Bisetti’s pepper mill is made of hardened steel with a double row of rotor arranged teeth that hold and guide peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpening and wear resistance. The mechanism of Bisetti’s salt mill is made of high-resistance ceramics, with all metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

The Roma collection of salt & pepper mills is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, boasting a traditional style and available in various sizes. The Firenze collection, on the other hand, features salt & pepper mills made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look, available in black, red, and white and a variety of sizes.

The Imperia collection of salt & pepper mills is made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture. The Acrylic Milano collection offers a traditional line with a clear acrylic mill body, available in different sizes. The Verona collection provides a more contemporary look with its linear mill shape body, also made of clear acrylic and available in various sizes. The Perugia collection, made of clear acrylic with the option of a stainless steel base in some models, features a beautiful rounded head and linear body, available in a variety of sizes.

The iconic spice mills include the Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, with a beech wood mill body measuring 155 mm or 6 inches. The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, features a beech wood mill body with the option of a red or brown finish on the head, measuring 135 mm or 5.3 inches. The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, made of beech wood and available in multi-color, red, or black, comes in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.
