About Us

Our story begins in 1945, in the picturesque Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta. Bisetti combines traditional craftsmanship with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards demanded by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where they continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill: The pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. It features a double row of rotor arranged teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpness and wear resistance.

Salt Mill: The salt mill mechanism is made of high-resistance ceramics. All metal components are made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection

Roma: The Roma collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish. They have a traditional style and come in various sizes.

Firenze: The Firenze collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look. They are available in black, red, and white, and come in various sizes.

Imperia: The Imperia collection of salt and pepper mills is made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture. This collection adds beauty to any table.

Acrylic Milano: The Milano collection features a rounded head and curvy mill body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes.

Verona: The Verona collection has a more contemporary look with its linear mill-shaped body. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection has a rounded head and a linear body. The mill body is clear acrylic, with the option of a stainless steel base in some models. It comes in a variety of sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday: The Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, has a mill body made of beech wood. The mill measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, has a beech wood mill body with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. The mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. There are two sizes available, 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.

Quality Salt Grinder: Bisetti's salt mill mechanism is made of high-resistance ceramic to prevent rusting, and all metal components are made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The mill body is made of quality acrylic with stainless steel fixtures, and the dimensions are 6.9 inches or 17.5 cm.

10-Year Warranty: The grinding mechanism comes with a 10-year warranty.

Made in Italy: Each product is entirely produced in Bisetti's facility to ensure the highest quality control. The production has not been and will not be moved to the Far East, maintaining the standards that distinguish their "Made in Italy" products.
