Bisetti - Product Description and About Us

Our story begins in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta back in 1945, with dedicated craftsmanship as our foundation. We combine skilled local artisan traditions with the latest machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards required in the new millennium. In 2018, we moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Pepper Mill - The hardened steel mechanism of Bisetti’s pepper mill has a double row of rotor arranged teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the system from oxidation and ensures sharpening and wear resistance. Salt Mill - The mechanism of Bisetti’s salt mill is made of high-resistance ceramics, with all metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma - Made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, the Roma collection offers a traditional style and comes in a variety of sizes. Firenze - The Firenze collection is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish, providing a more contemporary look. It comes in black, red, and white in a variety of sizes. Imperia - Made of solid olive wood, the Imperia collection is known for its beautiful wavy texture, adding a touch of beauty to any table.

Acrylic Collection Milano - A traditional line with a rounded head and curvy mill body, made of clear acrylic and available in a variety of sizes. Verona - The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with its linear mill shape body, also made of clear acrylic and available in a variety of sizes. Perugia - This beautiful collection has a rounded head and linear body, made of clear acrylic with the option of a stainless steel base in some models. It also comes in a variety of sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday - Designed by Whynot Design, the Christmas tree collection features a mill body made of beech wood and measures 155 mm or 6 inches. Mushrooms - Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection features a mill body made of beech wood with the option of a red or brown finish on the head, measuring 135 mm or 5.3 inches. Vases - Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. Mills are available in 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.

Quality Salt Grinder The mechanism of Bisetti’s salt mill is made of high-resistant ceramic to prevent rust. All the metal components are made of stainless steel to further prevent rusting.

Environmentally Friendly The use of FSC wood ensures the protection of worldwide forest resources. The mill body is made from quality European beech wood with a black lacquered finish.

Handcrafted in Italy Hand wipe with a soft cloth; 10-Year Warranty on the grinding mechanism. Each product is entirely produced in Bisetti’s facility to guarantee the highest quality control. We have not and will not move production to the Far East to maintain our “Made in Italy” standards.
