About Us Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines this skillful local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to its modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where it continues to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Pepper Mechanism: Made of hardened steel, the mechanism of Bisetti's pepper mill features a double row of rotor arranged teeth that effectively hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation and ensures sharpening and wear resistance.

Salt Mechanism: The mechanism of Bisetti's salt mill is made of high resistance ceramics. The metal components are made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma: The Roma collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood, available in natural or walnut-stain finishes. With a traditional style, it comes in various sizes.

Firenze: The Firenze collection of salt and pepper mills features a shiny lacquered finish on beech wood, giving it a more contemporary look. It comes in black, red, and white colors and various sizes.

Imperia: Made of solid olive wood, the Imperia collection of salt and pepper mills showcases the beautiful wavy texture of olive wood. This collection adds a touch of beauty to any table.

Acrylic Milano: The Milano collection is a classic line with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and is available in different sizes.

Verona: For a more contemporary look, the Verona collection features a linear mill shape body made of clear acrylic. It comes in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection is a stunning collection with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is clear acrylic with the option of a stainless steel base in some models. It comes in different sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday: Designed by Whynot Design, the Christmas tree collection features a mill body made of beech wood. The mill measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection has a mill body made of beech wood with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black options. The mills are available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.
