About Us

Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where the typical craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines this skillful local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill Mechanism The mechanism of Bisetti's pepper mill is made of hardened steel. It features a double row of finely arranged teeth that securely hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpness and wear resistance.

Salt Mill Mechanism The mechanism of Bisetti's salt mill is made of high resistant ceramics. All metal components are constructed with stainless steel and aluminum to prevent corrosion.

Wood Collection

Roma The Roma collection consists of salt and pepper mills made from beech wood, available in natural or walnut-stain finishes. They showcase a traditional style and come in various sizes.

Firenze The Firenze collection offers salt and pepper mills made from beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look. Available in black, red, and white, these mills come in different sizes.

Imperia The Imperia collection features salt and pepper mills made from solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture. This collection adds a touch of elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano The Milano collection presents a traditional line with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes.

Verona The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with its linear mill-shaped body. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in different sizes.

Perugia The Perugia collection is a beautiful collection with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic, with some models featuring a stainless steel base. Available in various sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday

The Christmas Tree collection is designed by Whynot Design. The mill body is made of beech wood, measuring 155 mm or 6 inches.

The Mushroom collection is designed by Itamar Harari. The mill body is made of beech wood, with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

The Vase collection is designed by Adam + Harboth. Made of beech wood, the mill comes in multicolor, red, or black. The mills have two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.
