Bisetti Product Description Our story began in 1945 in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where the tradition of craftsmanship runs deep. Bisetti combines the skilled local artisan tradition with the latest machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards demanded by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce high-quality wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Pepper Mill Mechanism Bisetti’s pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel with a double row of rotor teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance. Salt Mill Mechanism The mechanism of Bisetti’s salt mill is made of high-resistance ceramics, with all metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma The Roma collection consists of salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, featuring a traditional style and available in a variety of sizes.

Firenze The Firenze collection includes salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a contemporary look. They come in black, red, and white in a variety of sizes.

Imperia The Imperia collection features salt and pepper mills made of solid olive wood known for its beautiful wavy texture, adding beauty to any table.

Acrylic Milano The Milano collection is a traditional line with a rounded head and curvy mill body made of clear acrylic, available in a variety of sizes.

Verona The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with a linear mill shape body made of clear acrylic and available in a variety of sizes.

Perugia The Perugia collection boasts a beautiful design with a rounded head and linear body made of clear acrylic. Some models also feature an option of a stainless steel base, available in a variety of sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday The Christmas tree collection is designed by Whynot Design, with a mill body made of beech wood. The mill measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms The mushroom collection is designed by Itamar Harari, with a mill body made of beech wood with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases The vase collection is designed by Adam + Harboth, made of beech wood and available in multi-color, red, or black. The mills come in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm, or 6.3 and 7.5 inches.

Quality Pepper Grinders The mechanism of Bisetti’s pepper mill is made of hardened carbon steel with a double row of rotor arranged teeth to hold and guide peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating ensures protection from oxidation and wear resistance for years to come.

Environmentally Friendly Our use of FCS wood ensures the protection of worldwide forest resources. Our mill bodies are made from quality beech wood with a black lacquered finish.

10-Year Warranty We offer a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism and recommend hand wiping with a soft cloth for maintenance.

Made in Italy Each product is entirely produced in Bisetti’s facility in Italy to guarantee the highest quality control. The production has not been and will not be moved to the Far East to maintain the standards that distinguish our products as "Made in Italy."
