Bisetti Firenze White Pepper Mill with Adjustable Grinder

Our story began in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship flourished. Bisetti has combined the skilled local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards required by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where it continues to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

The mechanism for pepper is made of hardened steel, with a double row of rotor arranged teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation and ensures sharpening and wear resistance. The mechanism for salt is made of high resistance ceramics, with all metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Our collections include Roma, made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stained finish in a traditional style, Firenze, made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish in contemporary colors like black, red, and white, Imperia, made of solid olive wood with a beautiful wavy texture, and Milano, a traditional line with a clear acrylic body. We also offer the Verona and Perugia collections, both made of clear acrylic with a more contemporary look, as well as the iconic spice mills holiday collection, mushrooms collection, and vases collection in various designs and colors.

Our pepper grinders are made of quality materials, with the mechanism made of hardened carbon steel. The use of FSC wood ensures the protection of worldwide forest resources, and the mills come with a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism. Each product is entirely produced in our facility in Italy to guarantee the highest quality control and maintain our "Made in Italy" standards.
