About Us Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines this skilled local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where they still produce wooden table and kitchen items.

The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance. Salt Mill: Bisetti's salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics. The metal components are designed with stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.
