About Us: Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines this local artisan tradition with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where they continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism: Bisetti's pepper mill features a hardened steel mechanism with double rows of rotor arranged teeth that effectively grind peppercorns. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation and ensures durability. The salt mill, on the other hand, has a high resistance ceramic mechanism and stainless steel and aluminum components to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection: Roma: These salt and pepper mills are made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, offering a traditional style. They come in various sizes. Firenze: Made of beech wood with a lacquered finish, the Firenze collection has a more contemporary look. It is available in black, red, and white, and comes in different sizes. Imperia: Crafted from solid olive wood, the Imperia collection showcases the beautiful wavy texture of olive wood and adds elegance to any table. Acrylic Milano: With a traditional rounded head and curvy body, the Milano collection features a clear acrylic mill body and comes in different sizes. Verona: The Verona collection offers a more modern look with a linear mill-shaped clear acrylic body, available in various sizes. Perugia: This beautiful collection has a rounded head and linear clear acrylic body, with some models offering a stainless steel base. It is available in different sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills: Holiday: Designed by Whynot Design, the christmas tree collection features a beech wood mill body and measures 155 mm or 6 inches. Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection has a beech wood mill body with a red or brown finish on the head. It measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches. Vases: Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and is available in multi-color, red, or black. It comes in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.
