In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where the company continues to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel, with a double row of rotor arranged teeth that guide peppercorns for the perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the system from oxidation, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance. The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics, with metal components that resist corrosion.

The collections offered by Bisetti include the Roma, Firenze, Imperia, Milano, Verona, Perugia, as well as the iconic Christmas tree, mushroom, and vase collections. The Roma collection is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, while the Firenze collection is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look. The Imperia collection is made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture.

The Milano collection features a traditional rounded head and curvy mill body, made of clear acrylic. The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with its linear mill shape body, also made of clear acrylic. The Perugia collection is made of clear acrylic with the option of a stainless steel base in some models.

The iconic spice mills include the Christmas tree, mushroom, and vase collections, each designed by different artists and featuring unique materials and finishes. The Imperia pepper grinder is made of high resistant white ceramic, with a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism.
