About Us Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines this local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, we moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy. It is here that we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Pepper Mill: Our pepper mill features a hardened steel mechanism with a double row of teeth that holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation and ensures long-lasting sharpening and wear resistance.

Salt Mill: The mechanism of our salt mill is made of high resistance ceramics, while all metal components are made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma: Made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, the Roma collection offers a traditional style and comes in various sizes.

Firenze: Made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish, the Firenze collection provides a more contemporary look. Available in black, red, and white, it also comes in various sizes.

Imperia: The Imperia collection is crafted from solid olive wood, renowned for its beautiful wavy texture. These mills add elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano: With a rounded head and curvy mill body, the Milano collection presents a traditional design. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in different sizes.

Verona: The Verona collection showcases a more contemporary look with its linear mill shape. The body is made of clear acrylic and is available in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection features a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic, with some models offering a stainless steel base option. It comes in different sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday Christmas Tree: Designed by Whynot Design, this collection's mill body is made of beech wood and measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection's mill body is made of beech wood and offers a choice of red or brown finish on the head. It measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. The mills are available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm, or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.

Quality Pepper Grinders: Our pepper mill mechanisms are made of hardened carbon steel, ensuring a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects against oxidation and provides years of wear resistance.

Environmentally Friendly: We use FCS wood to ensure the protection of worldwide forest resources.

Clear Acrylic Body: This mill features a clear acrylic body with a carbon steel grinder.

10-Year Warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism and recommend hand wiping with a soft cloth for maintenance.

Made in Italy: Each product is fully produced in our Bisetti facility in Italy to maintain our high-quality standards. Our production has not, and will not, be moved to the Far East, ensuring our products are truly "Made in Italy".
