Our story begins in 1945, in the typical craftsmanship of the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta. Bisetti combines skillful local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment to maintain the quality standards expected in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti transitioned to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where it continues to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill - The mechanism of Bisetti’s pepper mill is made of hardened steel. The double row of rotor-arranged teeth holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpening and wear resistance.

Salt Mill - The mechanism of Bisetti’s salt mill is made of high-resistance ceramics. All the metal components are made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.
