Peugeot Paris U'Select Pepper Mill

Peugeot Mills are a combination of two functions: a Mill and a Shaker. The mechanism of these mills is constructed using Inox Stainless Steel. To clean, simply wipe by hand with a soft cloth. These mills are proudly made in France. They are made of PEFC certified beech wood.

During the final assembly and testing process, Peugeot Mills are partially filled with pepper at the factory in France. The pepper mechanism in these mills is equipped with a double row of teeth, shaped like a helix, which effectively guide and hold the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The steel used in this mechanism is treated with a patented technology that not only protects it from corrosion but also maintains its sharpness and wear resistance.

By cracking each peppercorn before grinding it, these mills release the maximum flavor and aroma. To adjust the grind, simply turn the top knob. Tighten it (clockwise) for finer grinds or loosen it (counter-clockwise) for coarser grinds.
