About Us

Our story begins in 1945 in the Strona Valley and the villages along the eastern shore of Lake Orta, famous for their exquisite craftsmanship. Bisetti was founded on the principle of combining traditional local artisan techniques with modern machinery and equipment to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, we relocated to a state-of-the-art factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill Mechanism

Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. The double row of teeth on the rotor holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the mechanism from oxidation, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and resistance to wear.

Salt Mill Mechanism

Bisetti's salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics. All metal components are crafted from stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Roma

Our Roma collection features salt and pepper mills made of beech wood, with a choice of natural or walnut-stained finish. These mills have a traditional style and come in various sizes.

Firenze

The Firenze collection showcases salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a contemporary look. Available in black, red, and white, and in multiple sizes.

Imperia

Crafted from solid olive wood, the Imperia collection of salt and pepper mills boasts a beautiful wavy texture that adds elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano

The Milano collection features a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in different sizes.

Verona

For a more contemporary look, check out the Verona collection with its linear mill shape body. Made of clear acrylic, these mills are available in various sizes.

Perugia

The Perugia collection offers a stunning combination of a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic, with some models featuring a stainless steel base. Available in multiple sizes.

Holiday

The Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, is made of beech wood and measures 155 mm (6 inches).

Mushrooms

Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection is available in beech wood with a choice of red or brown finish on the head. These mills measure 135 mm (5.3 inches).

Vases

Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and is available in multicolor, red, or black. Mills come in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm (6.3 in and 7.5 in).

Every product is entirely produced in Bisetti's facility to guarantee the highest quality control. We have not and will not move production to the Far East, ensuring that our products maintain our standards that define "Made in Italy."
