About Us

Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship thrived. Combining this local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment, Bisetti ensures the quality standards required by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill Mechanism

Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. It features a double row of rotor arranged teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpening and wear resistance.

Salt Mill Mechanism

Bisetti's salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics. All metal components are constructed with stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

The Roma collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stained finish. These mills have a traditional style and are available in various sizes.

Firenze

The Milano collection features a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes.

The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with its linear mill-shaped body. The body is made of clear acrylic and is available in different sizes.

The Perugia collection is a beautiful collection with a rounded head and linear body. The mill's body is made of clear acrylic, with some models offering a stainless steel base as an option. It comes in various sizes.

The vase collection is designed by Adam + Harboth and made of beech wood. The mill comes in multi-color, red, or black and is available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.
