About Us Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta. We combine local artisan traditions with modern machinery to ensure the quality standards required by the market of the new millennium. In 2018, we moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. The double row of teeth on the rotor holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation and ensures long-lasting sharpening and wear resistance. The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics, with stainless steel and aluminum components to resist corrosion.

Roma The Roma collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish. They have a traditional style and come in various sizes.

Firenze The Firenze collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look. They come in black, red, and white, and are available in various sizes.

Imperia The Imperia collection of salt and pepper mills is made of solid olive wood. Olive wood is known for its beautiful wavy texture, making this collection a stunning addition to any table.

Acrylic Milano The Milano collection has a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy acrylic mill body. They come in various sizes.

Verona The Verona collection has a more contemporary look with a linear mill shape body made of clear acrylic. They come in various sizes.

Perugia The Perugia collection features a rounded head and a linear acrylic body. Some models have a stainless steel base option. They come in various sizes.

Holiday The Holiday collection, designed by Whynot Design, features a beech wood mill body and measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, has a beech wood mill body with an option of a red or brown finish on the head. It measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. The mills are available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.

Environmentally Friendly We use FCS-certified wood to ensure the protection of worldwide forest resources. The mill body is made of natural beech wood and acrylic. It utilizes select grinding technology for three different levels of coarseness in grinding pepper.

Made in Italy Each product is entirely produced in Bisetti's facility to guarantee the highest quality control. Our production has not been and will not be moved to the Far East to maintain the standards that distinguish our "Made in Italy" products.
