About Us:

Our story begins in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta in 1945. Bisetti combines the skilled local artisan tradition with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

The mechanism of Bisetti's pepper mill is made of hardened steel. Its double row of rotor arranged teeth securely holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation and ensures long-lasting sharpening and wear resistance. The mechanism for the salt mill is made of high resistance ceramics, with stainless steel and aluminum components to resist corrosion.

Roma: The Roma collection consists of salt and pepper mills made of beech wood, available in natural or walnut-stain finishes. They have a traditional style and come in various sizes.

Firenze: The Firenze collection features salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a contemporary look. They are available in black, red, and white, and come in different sizes.

Imperia: The Imperia collection showcases salt and pepper mills made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture. These mills add a touch of beauty to any table.

Acrylic Milano: The Milano collection is a traditional line with a rounded head and curvy mill body made of clear acrylic. They come in different sizes.

Verona: The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with a linear mill-shaped body made of clear acrylic. They are available in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection boasts a beautiful design with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic, with some models offering a stainless steel base option. They come in different sizes.

Mushrooms: The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, offers mills with a beech wood body and the option of a red or brown finish on the head. These mills measure 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, includes mills made of beech wood in multi-color, red, or black. They come in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm, or 6.3 inches and 7.5 inches.
