About Us

Our story begins in 1945 in the Strona Valley, known for its exceptional craftsmanship, and the villages overlooking Lake Orta's eastern shore. Bisetti combines traditional local artistry with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where they continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. The double row of teeth guides and grinds the peppercorns, ensuring a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the system from oxidation and ensures long-lasting sharpness and wear resistance. The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics, with stainless steel and aluminum components to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection

Roma: Made of beech wood, available in natural or walnut-stain finish. Traditional style, various sizes.

Firenze: Made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a contemporary look. Available in black, red, and white, various sizes.

Imperia: Made of solid olive wood known for its beautiful wavy texture. Adds elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano

A traditional line with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The body is made of clear acrylic, available in various sizes.

Verona

A more contemporary look with a linear mill shape. The body is made of clear acrylic, available in various sizes.

Perugia

A beautiful collection with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is clear acrylic with optional stainless steel base in some models. Various sizes available.

Iconic Spice Mills

Holiday: Designed by Whynot Design, the mill body is made of beech wood, measuring 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mill body is made of beech wood with a choice of red or brown finish on the head. Measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: Designed by Adam + Harboth, made of beech wood. The mill comes in multi-color, red, or black, with sizes of 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.

Each product is entirely produced in Bisetti's facility to guarantee the highest quality control. The production remains in Italy to uphold the standards that define their "Made in Italy" products, without outsourcing to the Far East.
