As a company, Bisetti has a rich history rooted in the traditional craftsmanship of the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta since 1945. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our combination of skillful local artisan tradition with modern machinery and equipment, allowing us to meet the high standards demanded by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

When it comes to the mechanism of our salt and pepper mills, quality is our top priority. The mechanism of Bisetti’s pepper mill is made of hardened steel, with a double row of rotor arranged teeth to hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the system from oxidation, ensuring sharpening and wear resistance. Our salt mill mechanism, on the other hand, is made of high-resistance ceramics, accompanied by stainless steel and aluminum components to resist corrosion.

Our product offerings are diverse, with collections like Roma, Firenze, Imperia, Milano, Verona, and Perugia, each offering unique styles and materials. From traditional beech wood with natural or walnut-stain finishes to shiny lacquer finishes and solid olive wood, there's something for everyone.

In addition to our traditional collections, we also offer iconic spice mills designed by talented artists. The Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, is made of beech wood, while the mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, features beech wood with red or brown finishes. The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is multi-colored and comes in two different sizes to suit any need.
