Founded in 1945, our story begins in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta. We combine traditional local craftsmanship with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, we relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Our pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel, featuring a double row of rotor-arranged teeth that hold and guide peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpening and wear resistance. Our salt mill mechanism is made of high-resistance ceramics, with all metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

The Roma collection of salt and pepper mills is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, offering a traditional style in various sizes. The Firenze collection features beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish, providing a more contemporary look in colors such as black, red, and white. Our Imperia collection is made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture.

The Milano collection offers a traditional line with a rounded head and curvy acrylic body, while the Verona collection provides a more contemporary look with its linear acrylic body. The Perugia collection is a beautiful collection with a clear acrylic body and stainless steel base in some models. We also offer iconic spice mills, such as the Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, and the mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, both made of beech wood.

Our pepper grinders utilize a mechanism made of hardened carbon steel, ensuring a perfect grind and long-lasting wear resistance. We use FSC wood to protect worldwide forest resources, and our mill bodies are made from European beech wood with a shiny white lacquered finish. Each product comes with a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism, and is entirely produced in our facility in Italy to maintain the highest quality standards.
