About Us Our story begins in 1945 in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where Bisetti combines local artisan tradition with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, continuing to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism The mechanism for Bisetti's pepper mill is made of hardened steel with a double row of rotor arranged teeth to guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the system from oxidation. The mechanism for the salt mill is made of high resistance ceramics, with metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma The Roma collection is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish and comes in a variety of sizes. Firenze The Firenze collection is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish, available in black, red, and white in a variety of sizes. Imperia The Imperia collection is made of solid olive wood with a beautiful wavy texture. Acrylic Milano The Milano collection is made of clear acrylic in a traditional line with rounded head and curvy mill body. Verona The Verona collection is a more contemporary style made of clear acrylic in various sizes. Perugia The Perugia collection has a clear acrylic body with the option of a stainless steel base in some models and comes in various sizes.

Mushrooms The mushroom collection is designed by Itamar Harari and made of beech wood with red or brown finish options.
