About Us Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where traditional craftsmanship was abundant. Bisetti, combining local artisan tradition with modern machinery, ensures quality standards that meet the requirements of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where they continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Pepper Mill Mechanism Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. The double row of teeth on the rotor holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring durability.

Salt Mill Mechanism Bisetti's salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics. The metal components are stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma The Roma collection features salt and pepper mills made of beech wood, available in natural or walnut-stain finishes. Traditional in style, they come in various sizes.

Firenze The Firenze collection showcases salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish, giving them a more contemporary look. Available colors include black, red, and white in various sizes.

Acrylic Milano The Milano collection has a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body, made of clear acrylic. Available in various sizes.

Mushrooms The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, includes a beech wood mill body with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. Mills are available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.
