About Us

Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages along the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where exquisite craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines this local artisan tradition with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, we relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper mechanism:

Our pepper mill features a hardened steel mechanism with a double row of teeth that securely holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring durability and sharpness.

Salt mechanism:

The salt mill boasts a high-resistance ceramic mechanism. All metal components are made from stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection

Roma: The Roma collection offers salt and pepper mills made of beech wood, available in natural or walnut-stained finishes. With a traditional style, these mills come in various sizes.

Firenze: For a more contemporary look, the Firenze collection presents salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish. Color options include black, red, and white, with a variety of sizes available.

Imperia: Made of solid olive wood, the Imperia collection stands out with its beautiful wavy texture. This collection adds elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano: The Milano collection features a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in different sizes.

Verona: With a more modern aesthetic, the Verona collection showcases a linear mill body made of clear acrylic. These mills are available in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection offers a beautiful design with a rounded head and a clear acrylic mill body. Some models also feature a stainless steel base. Choose from a variety of sizes.

Holiday: Designed by Whynot Design, the Christmas tree collection features a beech wood mill that measures 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection is available in red or brown finishes. The mill body is made of beech wood and measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black options. Choose between two sizes, 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.

Quality Salt Grinder: Our salt mill features a high-resistant ceramic mechanism to prevent rusting. All metal components are made of stainless steel to ensure longevity.

Environmentally Friendly: We use FCS wood to protect global forest resources.

Mill body: Made of high-quality European beech wood.

Made in Italy: Every product is manufactured in Bisetti's facility to guarantee the highest quality control. Our production remains in Italy to maintain the standards that define our "Made in Italy" products.
