About Us Our story began in 1945 in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta, where the traditional craftsmanship flourished. Combining this skilled artisan tradition with cutting-edge machinery and equipment, Bisetti ensures that our products meet the quality standards of the modern market.

In 2018, we moved to a state-of-the-art factory in Omegna, Italy. It is here that we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items, preserving our heritage of fine craftsmanship.

Mechanism Pepper Mill Mechanism: Our pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel with a double row of rotor arranged teeth. This design ensures that the peppercorns are held and guided for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects against oxidation, maintaining the sharpness and durability of the grinding system.

Salt Mill Mechanism: The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics, with stainless steel and aluminum components to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma: Crafted from beech wood, the Roma collection of salt and pepper mills comes in natural or walnut-stain finishes. With a traditional style, these mills are available in various sizes.

Firenze: The Firenze collection features salt and pepper mills made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a contemporary look. Available in black, red, and white, these mills come in different sizes.

Imperia: Made of solid olive wood, the Imperia collection showcases the beautiful wavy texture of this material. These mills will add elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano: The Milano collection features a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body made of clear acrylic. Available in different sizes.

Verona: The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with a linear mill shape body made of clear acrylic. Available in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection combines a rounded head with a linear body made of clear acrylic. Some models also feature a stainless steel base. Available in different sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday: Designed by Whynot Design, the christmas tree collection features a beech wood mill measuring 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection features a beech wood mill with a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. Available in 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inch sizes.

Quality Salt Grinder: Bisetti's salt mill mechanism is made of high resistant ceramic to prevent rusting. The metal components of the salt mill are made of stainless steel to ensure durability.

Environmentally Friendly: Our use of FCS wood contributes to the protection of global forest resources.

10-Year Warranty: We offer a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism of our mills.

Made in Italy: Each product is entirely manufactured in Bisetti's facility to ensure the highest quality control. We maintain our standards by not outsourcing production to the Far East, thus preserving the authenticity of our "Made in Italy" products.
