About Us Our story begins in 1945 in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking Lake Orta's eastern shore, where traditional craftsmanship thrived. Bisetti combines this skillful local artisan tradition with modern machinery, ensuring the quality standards required in the new millennium. In 2018, we moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Pepper Mechanism Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. It features a double row of teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpness and wear resistance.

Salt Mechanism The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics. All metal components are crafted from stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma The Roma collection includes salt and pepper mills made of beech wood, available in natural or walnut-stain finish. It showcases a traditional style and comes in various sizes.

Firenze The Firenze collection features beech wood salt and pepper mills with a shiny lacquered finish, offering a more contemporary look. Available colors include black, red, and white, and it comes in a variety of sizes.

Imperia The Imperia collection is crafted from solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture. This collection adds a touch of beauty to any table.

Acrylic Milano The Milano collection boasts a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body, made of clear acrylic. It is available in different sizes.

Verona The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with its linear mill shape body, also made of clear acrylic. It comes in various sizes.

Perugia The Perugia collection is a beautiful assortment with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic, with some models featuring a stainless steel base. It is available in different sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills Holiday The Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, features a beech wood mill body measuring 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, showcases a beech wood mill body with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black options. It is available in two sizes, 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches. The mill body is made of glass with a stainless steel head.
