About Us Our story begins in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta in 1945. We, Bisetti, combine the skilled craftsmanship of the local artisans with modern machinery to meet the quality standards demanded by the market in the new millennium. In 2018, we relocated to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Pepper Mechanism: Our pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel with a double row of rotor arranged teeth. This design holds and guides the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the mechanism from oxidation, ensuring durability.

Salt Mechanism: The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics, with all metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection

Roma: The Roma collection of salt & pepper mills is made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish. They have a traditional style and come in various sizes.

Firenze: The Firenze collection of salt & pepper mills is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish, giving it a more contemporary look. Available in black, red, and white, they come in various sizes.

Imperia: The Imperia collection of salt & pepper mills is made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture. This collection adds elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano: The Milano collection features a traditional design with a rounded head and curvy mill body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in different sizes.

Verona: The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with its linear mill shape body. The body is made of clear acrylic and is available in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection is a stunning range with a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is made of clear acrylic with the option of a stainless steel base in some models. They come in different sizes.

Mushrooms: The mushroom collection, designed by Itamar Harari, offers a beech wood mill body with the option of a red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. The mills are available in two sizes, 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.
