About Us

Our story begins in 1945 in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking Lake Orta's eastern shore, known for their exceptional craftsmanship. Bisetti combines this local artisan tradition with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, we relocated to a state-of-the-art factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill: Our pepper mill features a hardened steel mechanism with a double row of teeth to hold and guide the peppercorns, ensuring a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, enhancing its sharpening and wear resistance.

Salt Mill: Our salt mill boasts a high resistance ceramic mechanism. The metal components are made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection

Roma: Made from beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish, the Roma collection has a traditional style and comes in various sizes.

Firenze: The Firenze collection is made from beech wood and features a shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look. Available in black, red, and white, in various sizes.

Imperia: Crafted from solid olive wood, the Imperia collection showcases the beautiful wavy texture unique to olive wood. An elegant addition to any table.

Acrylic Milano: With a rounded head and curvy mill body, our Milano collection carries a traditional design. The mill body is made of clear acrylic and is available in different sizes.

Verona: For a more modern aesthetic, choose the Verona collection with its linear mill shape body. Crafted from clear acrylic and offered in various sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection features a rounded head and linear body. The mill body is clear acrylic with an optional stainless steel base in select models. Available in different sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills

Holiday: Designed by Whynot Design, the Christmas tree collection showcases a beech wood mill measuring 155 mm or 6 inches.

Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection features a beech wood mill with a choice of red or brown finish on the head. This mill measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches.

Vases: Designed by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. Available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.

Quality Salt Grinder: Our salt mill's mechanism is made of high resistant ceramic to prevent rusting. The metal components are stainless steel to ensure durability.

Environmentally Friendly: Our use of FCS wood guarantees the protection of worldwide forest resources.

Mill body is made of beech wood and acrylic. Select grinding technology allows you to choose from three different coarseness settings.

Dimensions: 20 cm or 7.8 inches.

Made in Italy: Each product is entirely produced in our Bisetti facility to ensure the highest quality control. We have not and will not move our production to the Far East, maintaining the standards that define our "Made in Italy" products.
