About Us Our story begins in the wake of the typical craftsmanship of the Strona Valley and the villages that overlook the eastern shore of Lake Orta in 1945. Bisetti combines skillful local artisan tradition with the most modern machinery and equipment to ensure the quality standards required by the market of the new millennium. In 2018, Bisetti moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where it continues to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism Bisetti’s pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel with a double row of rotor arranged teeth to hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, ensuring sharpening and wear resistance. The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics, with all metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection The Roma collection of salt & pepper mills is made of beech wood with either a natural or walnut-stain finish, featuring a traditional style and a variety of sizes. The Firenze collection is made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a more contemporary look, available in black, red, and white in a variety of sizes. The Imperia collection is made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture, adding beauty to any table. The Milano collection features a traditional line with a rounded head and curvy mill body made of clear acrylic in a variety of sizes. The Verona collection offers a more contemporary look with a linear mill shape body made of clear acrylic in a variety of sizes. The Perugia collection is a beautiful collection with a rounded head and linear body. The body of the mill is clear acrylic with the option of a stainless steel base in some models, also coming in a variety of sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills The christmas tree collection is designed by Whynot Design with a mill body made of beech wood and measuring 155 mm or 6 inches. The mushroom collection is designed by Itamar Harari, with a mill body made of beech wood and the option of red or brown finish on the head, measuring 135 mm or 5.3 inches. The vase collection, designed by Adam + Harboth, is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black, with mills available in 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.

Environmentally Friendly: The use of FCS wood ensures the protection of worldwide forest resources. The mill body is made from quality European beech wood with a walnut stain, and comes with a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism. Hand wipe with a soft cloth. Made in Italy.
