About Us: Our story begins in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta in 1945. Bisetti combines the traditional craftsmanship of the area with modern machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, we relocated our factory to Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism: Bisetti's pepper mill mechanism is made of hardened steel. It features a double row of teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating protects against oxidation and ensures durability. The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistance ceramics and stainless steel components to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection: Roma - Made of beech wood with a natural or walnut-stain finish. Traditional style, available in different sizes. Firenze - Made of beech wood with a shiny lacquered finish for a contemporary look. Comes in black, red, and white, in various sizes. Imperia - Made of solid olive wood, known for its beautiful texture. Adds elegance to any table. Acrylic Milano - Traditional design with a rounded head and curvy body. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in different sizes. Verona - Contemporary look with a linear mill shape. The body is made of clear acrylic and comes in various sizes. Perugia - Beautiful rounded head and linear body made of clear acrylic, with some models offering a stainless steel base. Available in different sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills: Holiday - Designed by Whynot Design, with a beech wood body measuring 155 mm or 6 inches. Mushrooms - Designed by Itamar Harari, with a beech wood body and the option of a red or brown finish on the head. Measures 135 mm or 5.3 inches. Vases - Designed by Adam + Harboth, made of beech wood, available in multi-color, red, or black. Comes in two sizes, 160 mm and 190 mm or 6.3 in and 7.5 inches.

Quality Salt Grinder: The salt mill mechanism is made of high resistant ceramic to prevent rusting. All the metal components are made of stainless steel to resist corrosion.

Environmentally Friendly: We use FCS wood to protect global forest resources.

High Quality: Our handcrafted mills are made of high-quality olive wood, known for its beautiful wavy texture. The mills can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and come with a 10-year warranty on the grinding mechanism.

Made in Italy: Each product is entirely produced in our Bisetti facility to ensure the highest quality control. We have not and will not move production to the Far East, maintaining the standards that distinguish our "Made in Italy" products.
