About Us Our story begins in 1945, in the Strona Valley and the villages overlooking the eastern shore of Lake Orta. We at Bisetti combine the traditional craftsmanship of this region with the most advanced machinery to meet the quality standards of the new millennium. In 2018, we moved to a modern factory in Omegna, Italy, where we continue to produce wooden table and kitchen items.

Mechanism The mechanism of Bisetti's pepper mill is made of hardened steel. It features a double row of teeth that hold and guide the peppercorns for a perfect grind. The zinc coating ensures the system remains resistant to oxidation, maintaining its sharpness and durability. The mechanism of Bisetti's salt mill is made of high resistance ceramics, with metal components made of stainless steel and aluminum to resist corrosion.

Wood Collection Roma: Made of beech wood, the Roma collection offers a natural or walnut-stain finish. It has a traditional style and comes in various sizes.

Firenze: This collection features a shiny lacquered finish, giving it a more contemporary look. Made of beech wood, it comes in black, red, and white, and is available in different sizes.

Imperia: Made of solid olive wood, the Imperia collection boasts a beautiful wavy texture, adding elegance to any table.

Acrylic Milano: With its rounded head and curvy body, the Milano collection has a traditional design. Its mill body is made of clear acrylic and comes in a variety of sizes.

Verona: For a more contemporary look, the Verona collection offers a linear mill shape body made of clear acrylic. It is available in different sizes.

Perugia: The Perugia collection features a rounded head and linear acrylic body. Some models also have a stainless steel base option. It comes in various sizes.

Iconic Spice Mills: Holiday: This Christmas tree collection, designed by Whynot Design, is made of beech wood and measures 155 mm (6 inches).

Mushrooms: Designed by Itamar Harari, the mushroom collection has a beech wood body with a choice of red or brown finishes on the head. It measures 135 mm (5.3 inches).

Vases: Created by Adam + Harboth, the vase collection is made of beech wood and comes in multi-color, red, or black. It is available in two sizes: 160 mm and 190 mm (6.3 inches and 7.5 inches).

Features: Durable: Made from high-quality materials, our mills are known for their hardness, wear-resistance, and strength. Environmentally Friendly: We use FCS wood to ensure the protection of global forest resources. Made in Italy: Our products are entirely produced in our Bisetti facility to maintain the highest quality control. We have not and will not move production to the Far East, as we are committed to preserving our "Made in Italy" standards.
