Peugeot Salt and Pepper Mill Set (9, Natural and Chocolate)

Peugeot's patented grind control system, called u'Select, is designed for both electric and manual grinders. Different stages of the preparation and cooking process, as well as various dishes, often require seasonings of different sizes. With the u'Select system, Peugeot provides the ability to easily, quickly, and accurately adjust grind settings.

Whether you prefer coarsely ground pepper or salt, or a very fine grind, u'Select offers 6 pre-defined levels for each, as well as the option to select any point in between. The two-stage pepper mechanism first cracks, then grinds peppercorns to ensure that the maximum flavor and aroma are released from the pepper. The salt mill mechanism is constructed of case-hardened steel, making it virtually indestructible. Additionally, the mechanism is fully adjustable, allowing for grinds ranging from very coarse to powdery.

The mill body is made of beechwood and is proudly made in France. This set includes a Salt mill in the color Natural and a Pepper mill in the color Chocolate. To clean, simply hand wipe with a soft cloth.
