All our mills embody the essence of the French art de vivre with their use of PEFC certified beech wood from sustainably managed French forests and steel mechanisms, all manufactured in-house at the Peugeot facility, from concept development to commercialization.

To ensure maximum flavor, our 2-stage salt grinding mechanism is made of specially treated stainless steel, preserving razor-sharp teeth and shielding against corrosion. By fracturing and crushing coarse salt to a consistent size, it releases the full potential of flavor and aroma.

Using our mills is effortless. Simply turn the u'Select ring system at the bottom of the mill to achieve the desired grind size, and turn the head clockwise to grind. The mill features a safe and comfortable grip, enabling high and consistent output with minimal effort.

For optimal results, we recommend using dry rock salt with a maximum diameter of 4mm (0.16"). Please note that sea salt is not recommended. Each mill comes partially filled with rock salt for immediate enjoyment.
