Made in France with PEFC certified beech wood from sustainably managed French forests and steel mechanisms, all aspects of the Peugeot Mills are developed and produced at the Peugeot manufacture.

The 2-stage salt grinding mechanism, made of specially treated stainless steel, releases maximum flavor and aroma by fracturing and crushing the coarse salt to a consistent size, protecting from corrosion to keep the teeth razor-sharp.

The u'Select ring system at the bottom of the mill allows you to easily achieve the desired grind size, while the safe and comfortable grip ensures high, consistent output with minimal effort.

For the best results, we recommend using dry rock salt with a maximum diameter of 4 mm (0.16"), as the mills come partially filled with rock salt for immediate enjoyment. Sea salt is not recommended for use with the Peugeot salt grinding mechanism.
