Crafted from beech wood with a stylish, classic white/black lacquer varnish, the U'Select mill provides a coarse to fine grind, which can be adjusted by turning the ring at the bottom of the mill. The pepper mill mechanism features a 2 stage channeling and grinding process that cracks the peppercorns before they are ground, ensuring the freshest taste. All mill mechanisms are made of treated stainless steel and are proudly made in France.
