Our journey commenced in 1945 in Strona Valley, a region known for its exceptional craftsmanship, set against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Orta’s eastern shore. Bisetti marries the rich heritage of local artisans with cutting-edge machinery and equipment, striving to meet the quality standards required in today's market.

In 2018, Bisetti relocated to a modern facility in Omegna, Italy, where we continue our tradition of crafting exquisite wooden kitchen and table items.

Mechanism

Pepper Mill Mechanism
At the heart of Bisetti’s pepper mill lies a mechanism crafted from hardened steel. This design features a double row of precisely arranged rotor teeth that securely hold and guide peppercorns to ensure a finely ground result. To enhance longevity, a zinc coating protects the grinding system from oxidation, while offering excellent wear resistance.

Salt Mill Mechanism
For our salt mill, we utilize a high-resistant ceramic mechanism. All metal components in the assembly are made from stainless steel and aluminum to withstand corrosion, ensuring durability and reliability.

Our Roma collection of salt and pepper mills, crafted from beech wood, features both natural and walnut-stain finishes. These mills embody a traditional style and are available in various sizes.

Firenze Collection
The Firenze collection takes on a more modern approach with its beech wood body featuring a shiny lacquered finish. Available in striking colors like black, red, and white, this collection offers mills in various sizes, perfect for any table setting.

Imperia Collection

Acrylic Milano Collection
The Milano collection combines traditional aesthetic elements with a rounded head and curvy mill body, made from clear acrylic. Available in an array of sizes, these mills are perfect for classic décor.

Designed by Whynot Design, the Christmas Tree mill offers a charming aesthetic, constructed from beech wood with a height of 155 mm (6 inches).

Mushrooms Collection
Created by Itamar Harari, this collection features a beech wood body, with options for red or brown finishes on the head. The mill measures 135 mm (5.3 inches).

Vases Collection
Designed by Adam + Harboth, this collection is made of beech wood, available in multiple colors, including red and black. Mills come in two sizes: 160 mm (6.3 inches) and 190 mm (7.5 inches).
